The idea for Pack N' Zoom was born out of a simple frustration with travel planning. Our founder, Achala, has always loved to travel. For her, the joy extends beyond the trip itself. She finds just as much excitement in the planning process.
However, she kept running into the same problem. Most travel websites are built to sell services rather than to offer genuine help. Others rely heavily on AI while missing the warmth of real human interaction, such as the ability to ask a knowledgeable person a question or collaborate with fellow travel enthusiasts, family, and friends.
That frustration sparked an idea. What if there were a platform that allowed users to plan a trip, share it with others, use AI as a helpful tool, and still connect with real people for advice and recommendations? In short, what if trip planning could be fun again, with modern tools, a human touch, and a strong commitment to privacy?
