Terms & Conditions, made clear.

You may create an account using your email address and a password, or by using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Facebook. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify us at support@packnzoom.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable available security features.

You may maintain only one personal account unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to evade blocks or suspensions is a material breach and grounds for permanent termination.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Promote, facilitate, or glorify violence, terrorism, human trafficking, child exploitation, or illegal drug use.
• Post content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way.
• Engage in or encourage self-harm or suicide.
• Plan, coordinate, or glorify travel for the purpose of committing crimes.

• Harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any person.
• Post hate speech or content that attacks groups based on protected characteristics.
• Disclose private or identifying information about any person without their consent (doxxing).
• Impersonate another person, travel provider, business, Pack N' Zoom, or Ideas Bucket LLC.

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content, including fake reviews or trip reports.
• Manipulate community signals such as votes, ratings, or rankings.
• Use the Service for phishing, pretexting, scams, or financial fraud.
• Solicit or collect personal or financial information from other users.

• Post unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or chain messages.
• Send bulk or unsolicited messages to other users.
• Post content primarily to drive traffic to external websites.
• Engage in excessive posting, flooding, or posting of off-topic content.

• Post content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Redistribute content from the Service beyond your granted license.

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
• Introduce malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware.
• Use bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract content or data.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Circumvent a block, suspension, or ban by any method.

• Use content from the Service to develop a competing product or to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.
• Use the Pack N' Zoom or Ideas Bucket LLC name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

Before initiating any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@packnzoom.com describing the dispute and the relief you seek. We will attempt in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

U.S. residents agree that disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — not in court — except for qualifying small claims. Arbitration will be seated in Palm Beach County, Florida, though you may participate remotely (by telephone or video conference) where AAA rules allow.

For any claim not subject to arbitration, or to enforce an arbitration award, you and Ideas Bucket LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on grounds of inconvenient forum.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@packnzoom.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
